favorite stimulating products of the students, among them the coffee
or the maté, they allow several hours to pass without sleeping and
this can be harmful when surrendering exam. “Although there are
studies that show that the caffeine (active ingredient of both infusions)
it improves the memory, the lack of dream it can counteract the
effect”, Jorge Medina, investigator of the National Council of Scientific
and Technical Investigations points out (Conicet), in the Ability
of Medicine of the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
For
Francisco Zaragoza, professor of pharmacology of the University
of Alcalá, Spain, “students' cases have been given that they fail
in the exams because the dream returns them when they are surrendering”.

The
owls and the hens
In the last decade it was clear that two types of people exist:

least six hours before the exam.
